President Trump lamented Democrats' push for impeachment in his first on-camera feedback since the House Judiciary Committee approved articles of impeachment Friday— abuse of electricity and obstruction of Congress — predicting that at some point there can be a Democratic president and a Republican House would "recall" what is occurring now. Mr. Trump made the remarks throughout a assembly with Paraguayan President Mario Abdo Benítez at the White House.
